Smokin Jon’s (MADE IN FREDERICTON!):
- Karolina Honey: made with local honey. Tomato based, with hints of onion, dijon mustard, garlic powder and a hint of hot sauce for a little kick. Made in Fredericton, NB!
- Smokey Maple: Deliciously sweet filled with maple syrup, molasses and brown sugar! Topped off with garlic, onion, Worcestershire and the perfect smoke flavour. Contains anchovies.
- Cubano: Transport yourself to the Caribbean islands with this sweet & tangy sauce! Tomato based with hints of onion, garlic and chilli powder. Rounded out with oregano and orange juice, to make this one of the most unique BBQ sauces around!
- Karolina Reaper: Extreme Heat! Tomato based and rounded out with honey, Dijon mustard, garlic and onion powders and ghost peppers! Not for the faint of heart. Made in Fredericton NB!
Spicy Boys (MADE IN FREDERICTON!):
- Mean Green is an entry level hot sauce, not meant to smoke anyone out! Kiwi-jalapeno flavour profile similar to a salsa verde. Great on foods like fish tacos/tacos, beef, even add a little oil and vinegar to make a delicious kiwi-jalapeno vinaigrette for a salad, very tasty!
- The OG is an orange ginger habanero flavour profile, very similar to an orange Starburst (bright, sweet, tangy). It has a habanero in there so we kick up the heat a little bit in this one, we recommend it on asian inspired dishes such as: pad thai, noodles, pho soup, sushi. Also great on breakfast, think citrus in the morning! A great way to spice up a breakfast sandwich
- Smoked Peach is not for the faint of heart, this sauce packs serious flavour and a serious kick. We take real peaches, put them in a smoker like they were a big pork butt! Smoke them ’til they’re so soft you can put a peach in your hand, squeeze it, and touch the seed immediately. Chipotle peppers for a little more natural smoke flavour then we UP THE HEAT with scotch bonnets. This sauce makes the BEST spicy mayo, it will turn it into a sweet, spicy, smoky aioli which is great for dipping sweet potato fries, or putting on your favourite burger/sandwich. It is also great as a stand-alone on the BBQ, the natural sugars from the peach will thicken up, sweeten up, and coat like a BBQ sauce.
- This sweet little scorcher packs a real STING! Our newest sauce, Killer Bee is a honey-hot flavour profile (honey garlic) similar to something you’d find in your local pub, the difference between the one at the pub and the one from the boys is: ours is made with a ghost pepper! This bad boy is real deal spicy, we recommend it for anything tossable ie. chicken wings, chicken strips, taquitos, pizza rolls, anything you deep fry and then toss in sauce, this one is sure to bang on! A real honey-HOT!
Jack Daniels:
- Authentic and completely imagined with small-batch production, old time kettle-cooking and made with all natural ingredients. There are a number of premium ingredients that are added to the sauce including, of course, a touch of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey that imparts a unique flavor, also apple cider vinegar, pineapple juice, brown sugar, tamarind and other key ingredients. Turn up the spice and the sweet, with chili peppers and molasses this sauce lives up to its name.

Like any good cajun sauce, the recipe starts with the best cayenne peppers, fermented to round out the sting and up the flavour before finishing with vinegar, sea salt, celery and garlic.
