Classic Stoves and Fireplaces’ warranty coverage is as follows:
All warranties are for the original purchaser only and are non-transferrable. To receive warranty the homeowner must present their original receipt and have their units serial number (usually located on the back of the unit).

The warranty that is listed in the manual you received with your appliance explains what the manufacturer covers. Classic Stoves and Fireplaces follows this warranty only. Most manufacturer warranties cover the cost of parts ONLY. In the event that they do cover labour, it is a partial credit which will be applied towards any labour costs.
Silicone and sealants are covered for 6 months from the date on the original receipt. It is recommended that the homeowner check their seals every year to ensure no leaks.
PLEASE NOTE: Warranty will NEVER cover the MISUSE or NEGLECT of an appliance, OVER FIRING (ANY AND ALL WARPED METAL) or lack of maintenance and cleaning. If damages are a result of evident MISUSE of a unit, WARRANTY WILL BE NULL AND VOID. If damages are a result of lack of cleaning and/or poor pellet/fuel quality then the homeowner will be charged for a standard service call as this does not fall under any warranty.
Standard labour rates apply within Fredericton and surrounding areas, outside of these areas a travel fee will also be charged.
ELECTRIC:
ALL electric unit warranties are to be dealt with directly by the manufacturer OR “carry-in” warranty ONLY (the entire unit must be physically brought into Classic Stoves and Fireplaces to receive warranty).
