CASH & CARRY PRODUCTS:
We are not responsible for the installation and/or use of products that have been purchased “carry-out” or “cash & carry” from our store. It is the customer’s duty to ensure proper installation to local codes and standards, and to inform themselves on the proper way to use, operate and maintain said product. We are not liable for any installation or set up of product that we did not install.
WETT CERTIFICATION (WOOD & PELLET):
WETT Certification applies to WOOD BURNING products only. Our installations are WETT certified on the day of installation, as they are performed by WETT Certified installers to meet current existing codes. We are not responsible for any changes made to the installation (i.e. floor protection, wall material, furniture proximity, renovations, or other finish work that may violate code) set up after we leave the premises and/or any changes to WETT codes that may occur after installation is complete. WETT certifications are valid for the day of installation, if re-certification is required a WETT inspection will need to be performed by a technician to confirm no changes have been made and system remains up to code. For safety, Carbon Monoxide alarms are strongly recommended when installing a wood burning appliance.
GAS INSTALLATIONS (PROPANE & NATURAL GAS):
Gas line/tank installations are performed by certified gas companies. We are not responsible for their installations of gas line, conversions of units, tank installations or any other aspect of their companies installation practices in any capacity. For safety, Carbon Monoxide alarms are strongly recommended when installing any appliance that requires propane or natural gas.

We are not responsible for the misuse of any product purchased at our store. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly use, maintain and care for products they have purchased. We are not responsible for any manufacturer defect or issue with the product due to production, build or manufacturing. Please see our warranty policy and manufacturers warranty policy for more information.
Please note, all orders require a 50% deposit on day of ordering any product or booking installation. The balance of the invoice will be due the day of installation. If payment is not received the part, appliance and/or venting will not be left; it will be removed and held until payment can be received. We accept major credit cards (excluding amex), debit, bank draft, etransfer or cash. Interest will be charged at 2% per month on overdue balances.
All returns require the original purchase invoice; appliances must be returned within 2 weeks of original purchase date, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Venting, labour & select parts are non-refundable. Thank you!
